This website is operated by Black Cloud LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Seawall Digital, based in St. Augustine, Florida ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
We don't sell insurance or give insurance advice
Seawall Digital is not an insurance agency. We don't sell, solicit, quote, bind or place insurance, and we don't hold an insurance license. We provide digital services and technology consulting to independent insurance agencies.
Nothing on this website is insurance, legal, tax or financial advice. Any mention of insurance topics is general information about how agencies work or how our tools work. For questions about a policy or coverage, talk to a licensed insurance agent.
Demos and examples are fictional
Mockups, sample websites, sample proposals and sample data on this site use a fictitious agency (Salt Run Insurance Group) and invented people, businesses and figures. They are labelled as fictitious and do not describe any real agency, customer or result.
Where we describe Bindery, the AI assistant we build into agency websites: it gives general information with cited sources, never says whether something is covered, and always routes coverage questions to a licensed agent at the agency.
Bindery demos
If this site lets you try a Bindery demo, the answers are general information, may be scripted, and are not advice about any policy or situation. Nothing you type in a demo is stored. Please don't type personal or policy information into a demo.
No client relationship until we both sign
Contacting us, booking a call or receiving a proposal doesn't make you our client. A client relationship starts only when both sides sign a written proposal or statement of work. That document, not this website, sets the scope, price and terms of any work.
Using the site
You may browse the site and share links to it. Please don't:
- copy or republish our content, designs or code as your own,
- try to break, overload, scrape or probe the site or its forms,
- submit false information, spam, or anyone else's personal information through the contact form, or
- use the site for anything unlawful.

The text, graphics, logos and code on this site belong to Black Cloud LLC or are used with permission. Bindery and exitPlan are products of Black Cloud LLC; Seawall Digital is its trade name. "Seawall Digital", "Bindery", "exitPlan" and the Seawall Digital wall mark are names and marks of Black Cloud LLC. Product names of other companies mentioned on the site belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
Links to other sites
We sometimes link to other websites, such as public sources or tools we mention. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Your information
Our privacy statement explains what we collect through this site and how we use it. In short: only what you send us through the contact form or booking tool, plus privacy-friendly visit counts. We never sell it.
No warranties
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will always be error-free, current or online, and we may change or remove content at any time.
Limits on liability
To the extent Florida law allows, Black Cloud LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, and our total liability for any claim about the website is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). This section doesn't limit liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit. Work for clients is governed by the signed agreement for that work.
Florida law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in or serving St. Johns County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
